Oh noes, guys! Dr. Wily’s eight Robot Masters have run off with the power crystals; who will stop them? You of course, inMega Man 3(NES, 1 player, 500 Wii Points)1! While the game may not havedefined the series, the inclusion of important game elements like the slide and mechanical puppy Rush mean you can’t ignore it. Besides, if you’re a Mega Man fan, Capcom has you by the balls and you’re already hard wired to spend all of your cash on any and all things Mega Man-related.

If you’re looking to challenge your brain, look no further than Gameloft’sBrain Challenge(1-4 players, 1,000 Wii Points), which actually has the words “brain” and “challenge” in the title. Not the first in a long series of “sharpen up your brain!” games, the title features Visual, Memory, Logic, Math, and Focus mini-games. The game also has special kid and senior modes, which should give you a good idea who this is being marketed towards — your mom.

And finally, there’sYummy Yummy Cooking Jam(1-2 players, 1,000 Wii Points), which as the title suggest is some sort of a cooking game. It looks like you’ll be making hamburgers and hot dogs for vampires, ninjas, and space aliens; the press release also warns that the game contains “comic mischief” and “animated blood.” I don’t recall seeing any blood inCooking Mama; a game has to define its identity somehow, no?

In the game’s Career Mode, your goal is to become the best chef in the city. To do so, you have to prove your worth by cooking in four fantastic restaurants: the Hot Dog, Hamburger, Pizza and Mexican Restaurant. Enjoy playing Yummy Yummy with your family, serving delicious food to the most surprising characters: vampires, ninjas, extraterrestrials and mafia thugs. Put on your chef’s hat, sharpen your knives and turn up the heat.
