Twitterlet us know today that Silicon Knights’ titleToo Humandisappeared from the Xbox Live Arcade Marketplace today. Actually, everything related is also missing, including the demo, themes, and gamer pics.
Where did they go? Well, remember theSilicon Knights v. Epic Gamesbattle from a couple of months back? The court ordered that games using Unreal were to be recalled or destroyed, andToo Human‘s disappearance may have been a result of this ruling. Other titles, likeX-Men DestinyandThe Sandman, were also to be destroyed under the direction of the courts.
It’s a sad story, really. It’s even more sad to look at theXbox product page, where you’ll find that it’s been stripped of all purchase links.
