Cowboys in space, where they belong
This cool little top-down action/adventure game,The Wild XYZ, caught my eye on Tumblr today. It began life as as a prototype for theSpace Cowboy Jam, and designer Joseph Gribbin has been chipping away at completing it in his spare time with a release later this year in mind.
There aren’t many gameplay specifics listed yet, only a lone devlog post and some gifs, but I can’t stop watching them. Rolling looks good; shoot-’em-up-y bosses, too. Also, I had no idea .xyz was available as a domain extension. It’s used perfectly on thegame’s website.
