Looks pretty crappy… no, literally

James Interactive has released a brand new trailer for the latest weird adventure from the mind of Edmund McMillen. The Legend of Bum-bois described by theSuper Meat Boyco-creator as “A puzzle-based deck building rogue-like prequel toThe Binding of Isaac,” and launches on PC November 12.

The trailer, hosted by Bum-Bo himself, shows off the puzzle adventure’s unique “cardboard constructed” aesthetic, along with some of its turn-based combat, casino-based mini-games, and queasy blend of gore and poo.According to McMillen,The Legend of Bum-Bois “kinda likeSlay the SpireorDicey Dungeonsbut very different.” The new title’s soundtrack is composed by Ridiculon, whose music also scored the grim dungeons ofThe Binding of Isaac Rebirth, Afterbirth, and upcoming DLCRepentance.
