The Wave 4 release date is locked in for August 01, 2025
A new tweet from Nintendo this morningconfirmed what we’ve all been waiting for: a date for Wave 4 of theMario Kart 8 Deluxepass. As a refresh, this multi-wave DLC release will consist of six waves in total, and the first wave dropped in March of 2022. Yep, we’re coming up on a full year into this DLC plan, and I have to say, it’s been going great so far.
Here are all of the tracks confirmed for Wave 4 of theMario Kart 8 DeluxeBooster Course Pass (as well as Birdo, who is a medium weight class racer):

Although I really dig the fresh whiff of nostalgia some of these returning tracks are wafting in, I have to say, I really love that we’re able to play some of the betterMario Kart Tourtrackswithout having to actually playMario Kart Touron mobile. Get my drift? The new tracks are icing on the cake too, and I launch right into those immediately.
All of the above Wave 4 tracks will drop on March 9, next week. Expect impressions shortly afterward! As a reminder, the Booster Course Pass (all six waves, which includes 48 courses) is $24.99, or included with the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack.

Rev those engines for Wave 4 of the#MarioKart8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass, coming March 9th! On top of eight more additional courses, Birdo is returning as a playable character!
