It was August 2019 thatthe first collaboration occurred betweenDead by DaylightandStranger Things. Known a theStranger ThingsChapter, it consisted of two new survivors, a new killer, a new map, and a batch of cosmetics. It quickly became a fan favorite amongst theDead by Daylightaudience. And now, like a horror villain that just won’t die, it’s back.

Stranger Things Dead by Daylight crossover.

The new killer added to the survival game was the infamous, and horrific, Demogorgon. Much like in the show, it was terrifying to see it scurry around the map and lunge at the survivors with its gaping maw and vicious claws. It also has the ability to move around Hawkins National Laboratory via portals which added to both its versatility and potential for jump scares.

The two survivors added to the game were Nancy Wheeler and Steve Harrington. The duo were playable on a new map within theStranger ThingsChapter, the Hawkins National Laboratory: Undergound Complex. As you’re able to see in the above trailer, it has a sinister and ominous feel to its halls. A perfect replication of what fans experience when viewing the show.
