Today, Activision reminded us that the TV showSkylanders Academyexists, and that it will premiere this Fall on Netflix. Along with a lot of bombastic language about how successful the series is despite the Toys to Life market issues going on right now, they noted that they’ve already locked up a two-season deal, so get ready for two more years ofSkylanders, at least!
Truthfully though, the talent involved has me curious. Eric Rogers (who wrote a fewFuturamaepisodes) will be the showrunner, and Jonathan Banks (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul), and Norm MacDonald (of Norm MacDonald fame) are involved.Bobcat GoldthwaitandJames Hetfieldare even sprinkled in for good measure!
