Capcom has announced thatOnimusha: Warlordsis coming to PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch on July 18, 2025....

Oh, and a translucent ‘Game Over’ sheet Although I haven’t started a collection of Nendoroid figures mostly due to the prohibitive costs, they always make me smile. This Nendoroid Guardian fromZelda: Breath of the Wildis no exception, as its creators have figured out a whole host of uses for it, most notably multiple poses and accessories. The attachable laser is great, but the translucent “Game Over” screen is just hilarious — especially since it’s so easy to plop a Link figure over in a death pose....

Guess it was nothin” Ubisoft has revealed that it is working on a new A.I. scriptwriting tool, which the publisher claims will help the studio’s writers by providing a “first draft” of the dialogue to be used by NPCs within its many, many,manyopen-world adventures. Ubisoft Ghostwriter,for that is its name, has been developed by Ubisoft’s in-house research & development department, La Forge, and is intended to auto-create various in-world chatter and “barks” utilized by the dead-eyed suburbanites that you bump into in titles such asWatch_Dogs, Assassin’s Creed,andFar Cry....

UPDATE:NextGenreports that Paramount is denying any plans to drop HD DVD exclusivity. A victor has yet to take the spoils! It seems as though the funeral march for HD DVD is picking up speed, or if nothing else, a clear winner in the format wars may soon be announced. Paramount, following in the foot steps of Warner Bros., has dropped HD DVD in favor of Blu Ray. But wait, didn’t Paramount have some kind of exclusivity contract set up with the HD DVD people?...
