It feels like we’re moving in slow motion here, while Japan is running full steam ahead. A perfect example isSin and Punishment 2, the epic sequel to Treasure’s beloved game, coming soon to the Wii. Japanese gamers are already rubbing their hands together in anticipation while we’re here, heads hung low, looking up only to see the teasing bits of media that come our way.
In that media blitz, several videos have come out. Here we have the television commercial as well as two trailers. I don’t know if it’s that I’m excited for the game or what, but the commercial gives me goosebumps. Maybe it’s Japan’s ability to take you on a 15-second emotional roller coaster with their commercials. Either way, who cares — I want this game.
