Super Smash Bros. director Masahiro Sakurai revealed another of the upcoming Wii U/3DS game’s stages on the Miiverse, not to be confused with theDafoeverse. This time, it’s the Pyrosphere fromMetroid: Other M. The past game’sMetroidstages will be sa-missed. I should expect a metric ton of complaints from you guys, right?
I was under the impressionOther Mwas something everyone just wanted to forget about and now its stupidly named Pyrosphere is being immortalized inSuper Smash Bros. Or has the hate cooled off? Perhaps it got out of the pyrosphere?
Still, this is no more out of left field than aPilotwingsstage. Doesn’t do much for me, but I’m hoping the newSuper Smash Bros.’Other stages start to get me as excited as its awesome new fighters. Wii Fit Trainer for life. Any game you’d like to see get a stage?
