Index Corp files for ‘civil rehabilitation proceedings’
Atlus parent company Index Corporation is in trouble. In debt andunder investigationfor fraud, the holdings company is entering“civil rehabilitation proceedings” in hopes of saving its own skin before its legal and financial woes spiral out of control.
