Good series, odd trademarks
I’m not sure what it is about modernDeus Extitles and our finding out about them by scouring the internet for trademark listings, but here’s yet another.Siliconerahas discovered a few of interest from publisher Square Enix, includingDeus Ex Universewhich, uh … I don’t know if I like the sound of that. An online game, perhaps? The thing I’m picturing is not appealing.
Square Enix also filed forHitman Sniper— which sounds reminiscent of theSniper Challengestandalone forAbsolutionplayers — andHitman Go. I wonder if that’s a mobile take on the series in line withDeus Ex: The Fall. And by “wonder,” I of course mean “hope not.”
