At first, the only option for water is to absorb the dew from plants. You can also come across certain installations that will quench your thirst. Unfortunately, your situation won’t improve until you can unlock and craft a few upgrades.
TheBlood Purifieris a simple item that converts blood into water inDune Awakening. To use it, you’ll need to get aBlood Extractor, enabling you to obtain blood from any fallen enemy. The blood is then stored inBlood Sacks. Once you’re back at your base, unload the blood into the Blood Purifier and let the process complete.
