What comes after the Automatons?
As if to validate the worries of the entire fan base, a mere few hours afterHelldivers 2Patch 01.000.202 was released, the Automatons reappeared in the galaxy with anall-out assault on Super Earth territory. After successfully beating the machine menace and essentially wiping them out in known space, they’ve returned and have triggered the latest Major Order to succeed in at least five planetary defenses.
Over on the game’ssubreddit, players aren’t exactly thrilled about having to fight more bots, but they’re ready for the fight. This is because of the game’s recent update and the fact that we actually felt like we were winning. It might be pessimistic, but every Helldivers 2 player knows never to get too comfortable when things are on the up.
