Sharp like an edge of a samurai sword
During the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Fest 2017 in Frankfurt, Square Enix revealed quite a bit of new details forFinal Fantasy XIV: Stormbloodand has thankfully rounded up theinfo on their Twitter page.
Along with the opening movie teasing the newSamurai class addition(which will use STR gear), there’s a new Eastern region inspired area called Shirogane, a new player hub in the port town of Kugane, a newBeast Tribe (the Kojin) and Primal (Susano), new dungeons including Yanxia and The Azim Steppe, and Akihiko Yoshida’s gorgeous boxart for the Japanese release of the title.
I’ve never playedFinal Fantasy XIV,but all of this cool looking stuff just might pull me in. It’s going to be tough squeezing in an MMO during a busy Summer. TheFinal Fantasy XIV: Stormbloodexpansion will release for PlayStation 4 and PC June 20th.
