It’s…not a remake, I repeat…
Square Enix has announced a new project at the PlayStation Experience —Final Fantasy VII Returns. It will apparently be a release of the PC version of the game with upscaled visuals. Again, this doesnotseem to be a remake of any kind, as all of the footage shown was in the old PlayStation 1 style.
This is despite the fact that it’s on the PS3 and Vita already as a PSOne Classic. It’s coming in spring 2015.
I literally went from gasping for breath at the announcement to “ohhhh” in mere seconds.
