Free DLC characters, stages and balance changes
Today sees the release of the first major update to Arika’s PS4 punch-up,Fighting EX Layer.Update 1.1.0 will bring with it two sexy new characters, a new single-player mode and a host of balance tweaks and bug fixes.
Strutting into battle today is Italian fighter Vulcano Rosso, whose fiery attitude is exemplified in his flame-based fighting abilities and eccentric wardrobe. Joining him isFighting EXBest Girl, the beautiful Arabian dancer Pullum Purna, whose happy-go-lucky demeanor and exquisite dance maneuvers hide a dangerous martial artist. Both characters join the roster free of charge.
Rosso and Purna bring with them two new stages, as well as an abundance of balance changes, Gougi adjustments, and various tweaks toFEXL’spresentation, combo trials, A.I and more. You can find the full list of patch notes over on theofficial Facebook page.Finally, Arika has announced that they are working on getting a physical release of the game in Japan, though no mention was made as to whether it would make the leap to international shores.
