Not so brutal
Like its animals that can beturned into tender companions,Far Cry Primal‘s PC requirements had the opportunity to cause havoc. That has certainly been the case with some recent high-profile games, such asStar Wars Battlefrontand it asking for16GB RAM.
A better comparison is withFar Cry 4. It might be expected that they line up perfectly given thatPrimalis built on the framework ofFar Cry 4. Surprisingly, that’s not quite the case; the two keep dancing around one another but never quite fall in sync.Primalactually has lower minimum requirements, and then higher optimal specs (Far Cry 4’swere far from high-end in the first place, requiring an i5 processor for an ideal experience).
