Firstly, the Play Anywhere program only applies to digital games, so ensure you buy the digital edition ofStarfieldif you want this functionality. Secondly, only games purchased from Microsoft’s digital stores are eligible for Play Anywhere. Hence, Steam players won’t have cross save capabilities. Lastly, your PC and Xbox Series X/S should be signed into the same Microsoft account if you want to utilize cross saves.
