Capcom’sResident Evilfranchise most assuredly has its fair share of characters, having introduced a huge cast of heroes and villains since the series inception back in 1996. But I’m not sure ifanyof the series’ protagonists have received quite the same number of tweaked reiterations as the beloved heroes of 1998’sResident Evil 2:Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield.
Netflix has released two new images of the aforementioned monster smashers as they appear in the upcoming CG seriesResident Evil Infinite Darkness, first revealed by the streaming service in September. As is to be expected fromResi‘s resident hipsters, both Leon and Claire are looking hot to trot, with Kennedy rocking his iconic bad-boy side-parting, while Redfield has adopted a form strikingly similar to herResident Evil Revelations 2appearance.

TMS Entertainment, the producer ofResident Evil Infinite Darkness, has stated that the series will feature an all-newResident Evilnarrative“unlike any you’ve seen before” but will probably see Claire and Leon team-up against spine-tingling horrors and clandestine conspiracies. You can check out the teaser trailer for the seriesin our previous coverage.
Resident Evil Infinite Darknesswill premiere on Netflix in 2021.
