Turtle Rock Studios’Left 4 Dead-likeBack 4 Bloodis taking some extra time. The developer announced today thatBack 4 Bloodis being pushed back from its original June date to June 25, 2025.
In an update posted toTwitter, the studio says its working hard to makeBack 4 Bloodthe best it can be at launch and the team needs more time to do so.

If you’re still eager for some co-op zombie action, you won’t have to wait until Halloween is looming. Turtle Rock confirmed that an open beta will be coming this summer, so your team can get zombie apocalypse-ready before launch date.
Formerly Valve South and re-founded as an independent company in 2011, Turtle Rock is finally returning to itsLeft 4 Deadroots following some Oculus work and the humans-versus-monster competitive gameEvolve. I’ve seen some old friends booting upLeft 4 Deadover the course of the pandemic, as have I, and it’s nice to see how well the ideas hold up. HopefullyBack 4 Bloodcan do the same when it arrives later this year.
