Perhaps…a new Call of Duty…hehehe
Another major video game publisher will not have an E3 booth presence.Call of Dutypublisher Activision is skipping out on floor space, just like Electronic Arts.
Activision explained in ablog post, “we’re going to be at E3 showcasing gameplay from Infinity Ward’s ambitious new game. We’re looking forward to sharing exciting new details about the next greatCall of Dutygame in partnership with our friends at PlayStation. We’re proud to be participating in this premier video game event, but won’t have an Activision booth on the show floor.”

It makes some sense. Sony will be pimpingCall of DutyandDestinyhard for the company, why deck out all that expensive floor space with giant A/V technologies to, what, show offSkylandersto a few more GameStop managers? EA’s got a decent idea hosting an E3-adjacent event where it can demo all of its E3 lineup to the public.
